1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices in the online store are listed in NOK ,USD AND EUR

With us, you can pay both by invoice and card via Klarna Checkout. Fast, secure, and easy.

Terms for deferring invoice payment can be found at checkout.

You can also pay with Vipps.

Adjust here if there are other payment methods than Klarna or Vipps.

2. SHIPPING

We have a fixed shipping fee of xx,- and free shipping on orders over xx,-

Most orders are on their way to you within xx days of ordering.

You also have the option to choose a delivery address other than your private address.

Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this should be reported to the delivery point on the same day as the item is received.

Packages that are not collected and thus returned to us will be charged for the costs this incurs. Up to 500,-

3. RETURN

You always have a 14-day full return policy when you shop with us. It's okay to change your mind.

The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Fill out the attached withdrawal form and send the package to:

4. COMPLAINT

Are your items broken? Please take a picture and send us an email, and we'll help you.

This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.

We refund reasonable shipping costs you may incur in returning the item when the complaint is justified.

When you wish to complain about a product, always contact us by email before sending the item.

If it concerns transport damage, the deadline in point 2 applies. The damage should be reported on the same day as the goods are received.
